Every pet is different! Appointment length depends on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, and the services you've selected. Most appointments run between one and four hours. We'll give you a better estimate when you book and we don't charge extra for express appointments.

Our entire environment is designed with your pet's comfort in mind, and we never rush the process. Red light therapy is also a wonderful option for pets who need a little extra calm.

A short walk or bathroom break before arriving is always a great idea. If your pet is on any medications or has any health conditions, skin sensitivities, or behavioral considerations, just let us know when you book so we can make sure their experience is as comfortable as possible.

We'll do our best to work through matting safely and humanely, but in some cases shaving may be the kindest option for your pet's comfort. We'll always communicate with you before making any decisions and explain what we're seeing so you're never caught off guard.
